BA Teaser
So, after taking a break to make some other games, we at QQ Games have decided to return to Bubble Arena, a favorite here at the office, and offer some much needed (and hopefully appreciated) updates to this game. Now, I'm not going to say when it'll be released (better not jinx it) nor will I say exactly what will be included, but here are some teaser images, to, well, tease you.
Details to Fully Uninstall QQ Games
First, please go to your QQ Games install directory. Mostly likely, it will be C:\Program Files\Tencent\QQ Games. To go there, click on My Computer and then navigate to that folder. Once you are there, double click the file called uninstall.EXE Keep clicking next until QQ Games uninstalls. Then, go to the folder called Plugin, found in the same directory. In that folder, also run the file called Uninstall.EXE. Wait for this to finish. Now go back to the main Tencent folder, and delete the whole folder called QQ Games. Now, here comes the tricky part. If you are running Windows Vista do the following. Go to Control Panel (Start Menu/Run/Control Panel). On the left, click Classic View. Now click on the icon called Folder Options . Now, go to the tab on the top called view, and make sure that you select the following two options. 1. Show hidden files. 2. Hide Protected Operating System Files Change them to look like it does in my screenshot. Now, click Okay. Now, click on your user account found at the top left of your desktop. Now go to the App Data folder, Roaming, Tencent, and delete the QQ Games folder found in there. If you are running Windows XP, open any folder, and at the top menu, click tool, and then Folder Options. Make sure that you select the following two options. 1. Show hidden files. 2. Hide Protected Operating System Files Now, open My Computer, go to c: go to Document and Settings, select the user name under which you log in, and then go to Application Data and then Tencent. Delete the QQ Games folder. Now, QQ Games is fully removed.

Bubble Arena Beta on the Horizon
We're proud to announce the upcoming beta release of our newest, and perhaps, as some of us like to think, best game! While playing bubble arena, do your best to capture up to three opponents with your Bubble Bombs! Roam the map planting bombs, destroying terrain, collecting Game Items, and capturing opponents in this action strategy death-match. If your bomb’s explosion touches an opponent they’re captured! Bombs also destroy terrain revealing ITEMS, POWER-UPS and TRANSFORMATIONS that increase your ability to dominate the competition. The last player remaining uncaptured is THE WINNER! Below are some images of the game as it looks now, which will hopefully make you look forward to the game all the more. All comments are highly appreciated!!!

About Tencent:
-
Hello there! Thanks for giving us this chance to tell you a little more about Tencent. We really appreciate your interest in QQ Games!
Tencent is one of the world's leading Internet companies, based in China, and our QQ Games team is based here in sunny Redwood City, California. In China, Tencent is best known for building a massive Internet community around our instant messaging platform, "QQ." With over 270 million active accounts as of the end of June 2007, QQ may be one of the world's largest Internet platforms. Our QQ Games service in China is also really massive, with over 3 million "peak simultaneous users"-that is, people playing our QQ Games service together at the same time!
We're starting from scratch here in the U.S., and were excited to introduce QQ Games, a new breed of "massive multiplayer casual gaming!"
We find that Internet users around the world really like to jump into an online game room of players, and play head to head with old and new friends. It's exciting if you win, and exciting if you loose too, because you always know that you are playing directly against someone else.
Tencent seeks to provide cutting-edge Internet services to users around the world, and we believe that the Internet is about entertainment, leisure, community. We want QQ Games to be a place where users can go and safely build relationships through gaming. We strive to create an online experience so deep, that you feel like you are in the same room with someone else, having a great time, even though you may be thousands of miles apart.
We're launching the QQ Games service via a special relationship with AOL's AIM® Serviceservice, the #1 IM service in the U.S. We believe that AIM service with QQ Games will be a great combination for the U.S. market. For AIM users, we want to ensure that we are the best massive multiplayer casual gaming experience in the market..
We plan to introduce more of our games and other services to the U.S. over time. Stay tuned!
We appreciate your support and feedback and really hope that you enjoy QQ Games. Let us know what you think and what we can do to improve. Drop us a line below or in our Forums.
Let the QQ Games begin!

Net Safety Tips:
- Be Yourself:
Don’t let others pressure you into being what they want you to be. Know exactly what you want, and don’t let others push you past that.
- Treat Others As You Want Them To Treat You:
Maybe they will!
- Nothing You Share Is Private.
If you share any information about yourself with anyone online, it may be used against you, and there is no way to stop its spread. Remember that even though you consider someone your friend now, friendships may not last forever.
- Pay Attention To Motives:
Sometimes, when people are being nice to you it is because they want something from you. And remember, anything they get can be used against you later.
- People Are Not Necessarily Who They Say They Are:
When someone tells you something about themselves, take it with a grain of salt, especially if they ask for something afterwards.
- Avoid In-Person Meetings:
People online can’t physically harm you unless you meet them in real life. If you absolutely must meet someone, don’t go alone, meet in a public place, never the other person’s home, and tell someone you know in real life where you are going and who you are meeting with.
- Keep Your Guard Up:
Now that you have read all the above, be safe! We can help, but ultimately the responsibility is in your hands!
